EHS Cleaning HR Process

To assist this process our Human Resources Manager facilitates an effective recruitment, selection and induction process

Applicants must meet the following selection criteria:

  • Good communication skills
  • Good personal presentation
  • Motivation to deliver a quality service
  • Previous experience (preferred, but not essential)
  • The ability to participate as an active team member
  • A desire to develop both personally & professionally
  • Willingness to participate in training programs

Prior to commencement of employment with EHS Cleaning Services, all employees must complete our induction & pre-employment training program.

Elements of the induction includes

The EHS Cleaning Services induction process, ‘It’s All About Safety’ reinforces the company’s strong emphasis on Occupational Health & Safety and Environment. The induction process ensures that the necessary competencies, skills and/or qualifications and training needs are identified prior to employment.

 

In addition to the initial orientation, safety & technical training that our teams receive prior to commencing at a site, all Team Members receive consistent & ongoing development through our close supervision and feedback systems.

 

EHS Cleaning Services staff is trained in a number of key areas, including, but not limited to, infection control and the importance of hand washing, disposal of hazardous materials, and cleaning up body fluids.
